When the world around you is making it hard to stay positive, think about this. Find a way to make a positive connection; be it a person, object or activity. During a hard day at work, I make sure to read during my break. Social media sites and work places can be filled with negativity; reading helps to center myself to think positive. These connections, for me, can be made anywhere. If in a place where you find frequent anxiety, bring things from home with. Something with a nice smell, a nice feel or a happy message.
