The first book pictured is The Anxiety & Worry Workbook by David A. Clark & Aaron T. Beck

This book is fun and provides a good window for you to peer into your brain. Insides its pages the authors give some explanation of anxiety and offer tips and exercises for you to become more self aware in terms of your symptoms, triggers and more.

Here is a book called Wreck This Journal by Keri Smith

If you grew up a book-lover like I did, this one may take some getting used to. Although the book is not directly for anxiety; it gives the readers simple joy and a small step to letting loose.

Each page has directions on how to, you guessed it, wreck the journal. Some examples include doodle page, page of good thoughts and a page you get to stab with a pencil. This little journal can be very therapeutic.
